On February 8th, C.J. Erickson Plumbing began a contest on our Facebook fan page asking our fans to choose their favorite of four vehicles that would become our new mascot. “C.J.”, would be based on either our box truck, red van, red sprinter or maroon van. Fans were given the entire week to vote and on February 12th, those votes were tallied and the winner was announced. The Box Truck was victorious! Thanks again to all of our loyal fans who voted.
After our fans had done their part in choosing the vehicle that would inspire C.J., it was in our hands to bring him to life. With the help of our trusted design team, we are proud to present… “C.J.”
Now the fun begins! C.J. is being unleashed on to the streets of the Chicagoland area. He’ll be tweeting – sharing fun facts and plumbing tidbits. But that’s not all. C.J. will also be using our Facebook page to share his wisdom with fans. If you need help at home while planning that kitchen or bathroom project, or do-it-yourself advice, simply “Ask C.J.” by posting your questions on our wall or tweeting them to @CJEricksonCo beginning with the phrase “Ask C.J.” C.J. will be there to answer your questions the best that he can (free of charge!), and if he can’t, one of C.J. Erickson Plumbing’s experts will be there to help.
Several C.J. Erickson Plumbing vehicles are going into the shop to have C.J. affixed on their back. So, if you happen to be following one of our vehicles and spot the decal below, send a tweet to @CJEricksonCo or post a message on our Facebook wall. Include a picture of the vehicle you’re following (please obey all traffic and state laws relating to mobile device usage) in your post and you may win an extra special prize, courtesy of C.J.!
In the meantime, our staff will be celebrating the arrival of C.J. next week. We’ll be posting pictures from the party, so feel free to celebrate with us by becoming a fan of our Facebook page. Let us know if you have any fun ideas for C.J. or any community events you think he should be a part of. C.J. just loves being part of the party and always brings fun giveaways for his followers!

welcome C.J. Mascot and congratulations on your addition to 100 yrs. plus of excellent service. We’ve experienced first hand for over 50yrs.the quality, service and loyality to customers and employees….CJ is coming to a first class operation with many more years of valuable service…
